The Philanthropy Bank was conceptualized by the founder of the Canadian Flowers for Food Society. It is an organization dedicated to the alleviation and eradication of homelessness, and poverty, for marginalized groups in Canada. The Canadian Flowers for Food Society was founded in 2005. The Philanthropy Bank is an extension of this model in recognizing the Power of People, in making Positive Change.
